Overview of Position
Join our dynamic Corporate & Investor Services Team as an Associate, Investor Services Support, where your role will be crucial in driving operational excellence and delivering exceptional internal client service. You will play a key part in ensuring the smooth execution of our projects and business activities.
In this role, you will take charge of the essential operational aspects of investor subscription, settlement, and funding processes. Your expertise in operational procedures and risk management will be invaluable as you contribute to our team's success. You will thrive in a collaborative team environment, performing tasks that are fundamental to our operational achievements.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional support to the Investor Services team by promptly and professionally responding to inquiries.
- Efficiently manage funding-related tasks including timely follow-ups on transfers, processing of cheques, and other deposits.
- Oversee the customization of subscription documents and other project-related forms with precision and attention to detail.
- Contribute to process improvement recommendations to enhance business efficiency.
- Assist in various corporate initiatives, including quarterly statements, secondary transfers, estates, distributions, and ongoing training and development programs.
- Utilize appropriate tools and systems to effectively organize, track, and manage information and work in progress.
- Regularly report the status of all project deliverables to the Director, Corporate & Investor Services.
- Promptly resolve issues and fulfill team requests accurately, escalating complex issues to the Director, Corporate & Investor Services as necessary.
- Perform additional responsibilities as required.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of financial services experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Attention to detail.
- Critical thinking skills
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to demonstrate a highly proficient level of accuracy in data entry.
- Strong attitude towards teamwork.
