Aurora Cannabis is currently looking to hire a Manager, ERP Finance Systems to join our team. This position will be based out of Nisku, AB. The Manager, ERP Finance Systems reports to the Director, Operational Finance and is responsible for providing technical and functional support in the areas of ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems administration, problem resolution, process mapping, system testing and development, development of work instructions and other documentation, and training. Occasional travel will be required for this role.


Provide functional ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) support to the Operational Finance team
Act as a finance and accounting subject matter expert for ERP system configuration for future facility go-lives
Provide cost accounting knowledge and expertise for product setup and other ERP configuration requirements
Develop best practices and create and maintain detailed work instruction documents related to ERP use
Train team members on ERP system use and best practices
Act as a key team member in investigating and resolving issues related to ERP use and functionality
Work closely with Corporate Finance to provide a coordinated finance approach to ERP
Work closely with Production, Logistics, and other cross-functional teams to ensure consistent and proper ERP system usage
Develop system reports and queries
Other special projects and duties as required

‪Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business Administration
Current CPA designation in good standing
Minimum 5 years’ experience accounting in a high-volume environment, preferably in the manufacturing or related industry, including standard costs implementation and development
Experience working with ERP software in a manufacturing or related industry
Excellent overall verbal and written communication skills
‪Public company experience working in IFRS would be an asset
Self-motivated and customer focused
Strong organizational skills, high attention to detail, and ability to exercise independent judgment
‪Advanced Excel skills
‪Flexibility to assist with various tasks within the finance team environment
