At Kaya, we don't compromise on the quality of our lash and brow work and that means we don't compromise on the people behind it. We're a Nail & Lash studio looking for a senior technician who takes real pride in their craft and treats every client like their own portfolio piece.
What you'll do
- Deliver lash extensions (classic, hybrid, volume, mega volume) and/or lash lifts
- Provide brow services: shaping, tinting, lamination
- Consult with clients on style, maintenance, and aftercare
- Maintain meticulous hygiene and sanitation standards
- Build and retain your own client base, we'll support you with marketing and bookings
Who we're looking for
- Minimum 2–3 years professional experience (more is better)
- A strong portfolio, we'll want to see your recent work
- Verifiable client reviews (Google, Instagram, prior salon platforms)
- Certifications in your service areas
- Detail-obsessed, punctual, and warm with clients
- Comfortable working independently and managing your own bookings
Pay: $19.00-$25.00 per hour
