Purpose of the job
Under the supervision du.de the Team Leader, Development, the Programmer-Analyst, Information Technology supports the integrations between the different systems using the technologies associated with Mulesoft and .Net. They analyze, develop, test, deploy and maintain solutions related to the various integrations.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze reported issues related to integrations, identify solutions, and implement them. Escalate some of the issues to partners and work with them to resolve the issues.
- Translate functional and technical requirements to deliver quality documentation of integrations and concepts.
- Design the various reusable elements (i.e. bases, components, standard frameworks, processes) to support and facilitate integrations.
- Identify recurring problems and solve them at the source.
- Produce adhoc extractions to meet specific business needs.
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and support integrations between La Vie en Rose's systems and applications, with the help of the Mulesoft application while using API connectivity and the Anypoint platform or using the .Net framework.
- Manage databases and WEB services.
- Add logic to applications, handle errors, and transform data with DataWeave. Manage batch process management with Mulesoft.
- Liaise with network administrators, external partners and internal users of technology solutions to help solve problems with internal and external technology solutions, optimize performance, ensure reliability and implement monitoring tools.
- Assist in the definition, architecture, development, documentation of business needs associated with technological solutions, objectives, schedules and specifications on a project-by-project basis in collaboration with the various stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain user manuals and procedures.
- Train colleagues to operate and support technology solutions.

Requirements
- College or university degree in computer science;
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in SOA and REST services;
- Strong C# skills and proficiency in the .NET platform;
- Assets: Experience in Mulesoft development and its tools, knowledge of integrated management systems, Azure DevOps, SSIS;
- Bilingual spoken and written, English and French (The person will have to interact with external partners who are unilingual English);
- Analyze problems arising from technological solutions;
- Analyze and solve problems under pressure;
