Job Description

Your purpose

Deliver user assistance that enables internal and external customers to proficiently deploy, administer, and use Intelerad’s products

Provide estimates, key deliverables, and milestones within a given release

Develop a deep understanding of the software and target audience, and use appropriate language style and tone

Actively research user requirements and ensure that the content is aligned with the project goals, as well as relevant documentation standards, guidelines, and content architecture

Work in close cooperation with development, product management, customer support, interaction designers, and testers to produce high-quality deliverables

Manage simultaneous content projects involving other team members

Own the content lifecycle for one or more product areas

Contribute to the continuous improvement of the team’s processes, tools, and content as applicable.


Your DNA

B.A. or higher in technical communications or a related field or have equivalent professional experience

5 or more years of relevant work experience

A positive and proactive approach to resolving problems and delivering results

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to manage competing priorities

Demonstrated competency with industry-standard tools and technologies, including task-oriented authoring, image capture and editing, and software defect tracking. Tools and skills may include: MadCap Flare, XML, HTML/CSS, JIRA, Adobe Acrobat, SnagIt, Camtasia, and Google Docs/Sheets

Understanding of Agile and DevOps methodologies

Experience with PACS systems and the radiology industry (an asset)
