Our expectations
The incumbent will develop work tools, processes and provide support to users of the supply chain, including suppliers and demand planners. The role consists of supporting users in achieving corporate objectives relating to demand planning and inventory management.
Your role
Works with the various teams collaborating with the supply chain to develop exception reports and implement processes to facilitate decision making and action.
Identifies potentials to improve existing tools and creates new tools to meet user needs in the short and long term.
Works hand in hand with information technology (IT) teams to develop solutions, participate in design, perform tests and monitor deployment.
Plays a supporting role in the use of supply chain tools (JDA, Sidma, BD Access, RD2W)
The qualifications we are looking for
3-5 years of relevant experience in supply chain support (sales forecasting, procurement, project execution)
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in operations management, logistics, engineering, operations research, or other relevant discipline
Excellent command of MS Access, MS Excel tools
Mastery of VBA and SQL languages for the construction and management of robust databases
Mastery of JDA tools (Demand, Fulfillment, Order Optimization) an asset
Very good knowledge of procurement principles and processes
Strong business and communication skills
Analytics, expert in solving complex technical problems
Sense of partnership with several collaborators
Works effectively as a team and individually
Good judgment, decision-making power, integrity, honest, professional, motivated
