Souk Tabule is seeking a skilled and passionate Sous Chef to support the kitchen team in leading back-of-house operations. The ideal candidate is a strong culinary professional with leadership experience, a keen eye for quality, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. As Sous Chef, you will assist in overseeing kitchen staff, maintaining food consistency, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Duties and Responsibilities
- comply with health, safety and hygiene guidelines and regulations
- ensure customer service stations are clean and well stocked
- dismantle and clean machinery as needed
- work to maintain food customer relations and timely delivery of beverages
- stock inventory and display merchandise in an attractive and functional manner
- monitor inventory and report shortages
- complete opening and closing duties for each shift
