Our team values quality craftsmanship, attention to detail, and a professional work ethic. We are looking for skilled General Carpenters to join our crew and contribute to a wide range of projects.
Responsibilities
- Perform general carpentry tasks including framing, trim, cabinet installation, doors, windows, siding and decks.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications when necessary.
- Use hand tools, power tools, and woodworking machinery safely and effectively.
- Assist with demolition, site prep, and installation of structural and finishing components.
- Collaborate with project managers, trades, and other crew members to ensure timelines and quality standards are met.
- Maintain a clean and safe job site.
Qualifications
- Carpentry experience necessary (residential or commercial), minimal of 3 years.
- Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques, tools, and materials.
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
- Experience with both rough and finish carpentry.
- Physically fit with the ability to lift, bend, and work on your feet for extended periods.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Safety certifications (e.g., WHMIS, Working at Heights, OSHA/CSA equivalents) & Red Seal Carpenter certification considered an asset.
