Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and customer-focused Tire Service Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the key driver of tire sales and customer satisfaction by providing expert advice, managing sales transactions, and ensuring a smooth service experience. Your enthusiasm and communication skills will help build lasting relationships with our clients while supporting our dealership and retail operations.
Duties
- Greet customers warmly, assess their tire needs, and recommend suitable products and services to maximize sales opportunities.
- Manage point-of-sale (POS) systems efficiently for accurate transactions, including cash handling and order fulfillment.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions about tire options, automotive repairs, and maintenance services.
- Assist in inventory management by tracking tire stock levels, placing orders as needed, and organizing storage areas for quick access.
- Support marketing efforts through promoting current specials, loyalty programs, and new product offerings to boost sales volume.
- Maintain organized records of sales transactions, customer interactions, and service details using CARS or other management tools.
- Uphold safety standards and ensure cleanliness in the work area while adhering to company policies on maintenance and organizational procedures.
Qualifications
- Experience in previous auto industries or sales is asset but not necessary.
- Strong familiarity with POS systems, cashiering, and cash handling procedures.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experience with retail sales, customer service excellence, and negotiation techniques.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in order fulfillment and maintenance tasks.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while demonstrating phone etiquette and professional demeanor.
