About the Role
Bay Windows and Doors is seeking self-motivated, high-energy, and personable Field Marketing Representatives to join our growth team across Oakville and Milton.
This is strictly an appointment-setting role—you are not closing sales or handling contracts at the door. Your sole focus is engaging with local homeowners, identifying their interest in energy-efficient window and door replacements, and setting up free, no-obligation home consultations for our specialist sales team.
This position offers a 100% commission pay model, putting high earners directly in control of their income. Every confirmed, verified appointment you set earns you a payout—giving you direct rewards for your effort and consistency.
Key Responsibilities
- Territory Canvassing: Walk assigned residential neighborhoods across Oakville and Milton to build top-of-funnel homeowner interest.
- Appointment Booking: Qualify homeowners' project needs and schedule confirmed, verified in-home consultation dates with our sales specialists.
- Brand Representation: Present a professional, courteous, and trustworthy image for Bay Windows and Doors.
- Lead Logging: Collect accurate contact info, project preferences, and appointment windows using our mobile tracking tools.
- Goal Setting: Independently manage your schedule and territory routine to hit or exceed weekly appointment targets.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Communication: Exceptional verbal communication, confident delivery, and strong interpersonal skills.
- Drive & Independence: Highly self-motivated, resilient, and thrives in a performance-driven, 100% commission environment.
- Physical Fitness: Willing and able to walk outdoors for multi-hour canvassing shifts in varying weather.
- Experience: Door-to-door sales, canvassing, fundraising, or field outreach experience is strong preferred (full script and process training provided).
- Schedule Flexibility: Ability to canvass during prime homeowner hours (late afternoons, evenings, and weekends).
- Transportation: Must have reliable personal transportation to reach assigned neighborhood routes within Oakville and Milton.
