Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Line Cook to join our dynamic culinary team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes with precision and consistency, ensuring high-quality food service for our guests. We have evening and day shifts available.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
- Assist in food preparation, including chopping, slicing, and assembling ingredients
- Ensure all food is handled safely and stored properly in compliance with food safety regulations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including equipment and utensils
- Follow proper food handling procedures to prevent cross-contamination
- Serve dishes promptly and accurately to ensure customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations during busy hours
- Adhere to health and safety guidelines at all times, maintaining a safe working environment
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environment preferred
