Regional Sales Representative to join our client's Ontario sales team. In this exciting field-based role, you'll represent a portfolio of globally recognized eyewear brands and build lasting partnerships with optical retailers across your region.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a sales professional who thrives on client engagement, brand storytelling, and driving results while working independently on the road.
- Pay Rate: Monthly stipend of $5,000 for the first three (3) months, followed by a commission-based structure supported by an established book of business.

What You'll Be Doing

Deliver exceptional customer experiences through consultative, relationship-based selling

Conduct regular in-person visits to optical retailers to ensure strong product presentation and merchandising standards

Provide engaging product knowledge training to retail staff

Leverage innovative tools and technology to enhance your sales approach

Identify and develop new business opportunities within your territory

Represent the brand professionally at industry events and trade shows

Consistently meet and exceed sales targets through strategic account management
What You Bring
- Minimum 2+ years of sales experience (optical or related industry experience is an asset)
- Strong relationship-building skills with excellent communication abilities
- A keen eye for detail and visual merchandising
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a field-based role
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel throughout Ontario
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Mu st be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
