About the Role:
As a Red Seal Technician, you will diagnose, maintain, and repair a wide range of Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram vehicles — with the opportunity to work on both warranty and retail repairs. You’ll have access to Chrysler-paid training to stay up to date with the latest vehicle technology, while working in a clean, organized shop with supportive management.
What You’ll Do:
Perform advanced vehicle diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance in line with manufacturer standards
Accurately document work performed on repair orders
Ensure all repairs are completed efficiently and safely
Work with service advisors and fellow technicians to provide the best customer experience
Maintain up-to-date knowledge through ongoing Chrysler training programs

What We’re Looking For:
Red Seal Certification
Nova Scotia Motor Vehicle Inspection Certified
Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
A positive, professional attitude focused on customer satisfaction
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
