Parts Advisor
We are seeking a customer-focused and motivated Parts Advisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting customers with parts inquiries, identifying and sourcing parts, and driving parts sales while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist retail and wholesale customers in identifying and purchasing the correct parts.
- Promote and sell parts, accessories, and related products to maximize sales opportunities.
- Provide prompt, professional service in person, over the phone, and by email.
- Prepare quotations, process orders, and follow up on customer inquiries.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal departments.
- Receive, stock, and manage inventory to ensure parts availability and accuracy.
- Support inventory control and maintain an organized parts department.
- Follow company policies and safety procedures.
Qualifications
- Strong customer service and sales skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience in automotive parts sales or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced team environment.
- Proficiency with computer systems and inventory software is an asset.
