Qualifications
- Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills with physicians, patients and visitors with high regard to public relations
- Computer skills are mandatory
- Medical Terminology Required
- Previous recent office experience
- Proven problem solving skills with the ability to multi-task
- Strong attention to detail
- Ontario Secondary School Graduation Diploma or equivalent is required
- Ability to work unsupervised
- Previous hospital experience an asset
- Previous registration/switchboard experience an asset
- Commitment to Patient Care & Safety and Service Excellence
- Satisfactory performance appraisal and attendance for internal candidates if internal
