Coordinate all activities related to the Talent Accelerated Program. Starting from the understanding to the work force planning made under NA manufacturing operations, the coordinator will support the talent assessment and identify the different paths to increase the pool of talent to support growth.
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Partner with Management teams in reviewing/analyzing the WFP.
Develop the Talent assessment.
Identify the best path for increasing the talent pool
Oversee the development and implementation of the identified development plan for each candidate.
Act as a direct support for cultural integration.
Support the integration and network development of the candidates.
Ensure collaboration and enthusiasm with the new management teams in the different business units and support the knowledge transfer.
Manage budget of the program
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
University degree in any relevant field
Leadership & communication skills;
Have a sense of initiative, show excellent judgment and understanding of the global talent perceptive;
Be dynamic and independent;
Speaks English, Spanish is an asset.
Internal and external networking abilities
Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in HR,
Having lived other culture experiences is an asset
