You'll be the face of our brand...helping customers find their perfect outfit, offering top notch service, and creating an exciting shopping experience!
Responsibilities:
- Greet and engage with customers in a friendly, helpful manner.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
- Process transactions quickly and accurately at the cash register.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store sales goals through great customer service, online social media posts, or trendy merchandising.
- Stay informed about popular styles and trends to purchase the right inventory from our selling customer.
- Restock merchandise and assist with inventory.
- Contribute to team goals and a positive store atmosphere.
What We're Looking For:
- A passion for fashion, especially teen and young adult trends.
- An outgoing, positive attitude with great communication skills in English. Additional languages is an asset.
- Strong customer service focus with the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Love creating or be willing to participate in social media posts.
- Proven time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast paced environment.
- Possible shifts include 9:30am-1pm, 10am-5pm, 1pm-5pm, 1pm-9:30pm and 5pm-9:30pm throughout the week. Part time positions are available. 10-20hrs per week. Must be able to work the occasional Saturday or Sunday.
- Promotion to a full time position or a leadership role is available for the right person.
- Previous retail experience is a plus, but not required.
- Preference will be given to candidates looking for a more permanent position to continue into the fall and winter seasons.
