We are a busy, full-service law firm in Mississauga seeking an energetic, dedicated, and team-oriented Civil Litigation Lawyer. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in general commercial, property, and estate litigation, mortgage enforcement litigation and the ability to manage files independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.

What we’re looking for:
- Licensed to practice law in Ontario, in good standing with the LSO
- 5+ years of experience in civil litigation (commercial, property, or estate litigation)
- Strong advocacy, drafting, and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage a busy caseload with professionalism and efficiency
- Commitment to client service and teamwork
