About the Role
This opportunity is ideal for licensed advisors who are early in their career and eager to grow their skills, deepen client relationships, and build a sustainable practice. As an Insurance Advisor, you will work closely with clients to understand their needs and recommend suitable insurance solutions.
This is an independent contractor opportunity. You have the flexibility to build your business your way, with the support of an established team.
Compensation
This is a 100% commission + renewal + bonus model. No base salary.
- You get paid quickly through advance commissions on annual premiums.
- Renewal income builds over time – past work pays future bills.
- Chargebacks happen if a client cancels early. We manage this by pacing new advisors and holding a modest reserve on unusually large or early production. This protects everyone.
- We do not cap your earnings, but we do prioritize quality over velocity. Advisors who sell the right solutions for the right reasons rarely have chargeback issues. We will train you to be that advisor.
What You Will Actually Do and Why It Matters

- Become a trusted resource in your community so people seek you out for advice through networking, referrals, and genuine relationship-building.
- Guide families through a simple, protective process. You will meet with clients, understand their goals, and present insurance solutions that give them peace of mind.
- Build a practice that pays you year after year through regular follow-ups, annual reviews, and renewals.
- Keep getting better through training sessions, team meetings, and seminars. We invest in your skills because your success is our success.
What We Are Looking For
- Active LLQP license required.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills – you listen, you care, you follow through.
- Self-motivation – you can work independently without someone standing over you.
- A positive, coachable attitude – you are humble enough to learn and hungry enough to apply it.
- Some insurance experience is an asset, but we welcome newly licensed advisors who are eager to learn.
