Extremely busy companion animal clinic located in Ajax is seeking a responsible, energetic, motivated and compassionate veterinary assistant/receptionist to add to our growing team. A great way to get your foot in the door of this fast paced industry! This is a part-time position.
Responsibilities and Duties
Responsibilities will include:
- Assisting the veterinarian when needed.
- Reception duties
- General Housekeeping
Qualifications and Skills
Requirements:
- Ability to work well under pressure.
- Be confident working alone and with others.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Flexible schedule.
- Previous experience in a veterinary clinic.
- Experience with AVImark is an asset.
Wage is based on experience.
