Immediate Room Attendant position is available part time to full time at the Hampton Inn & Suites By Hilton Hotel.

Reporting to the Housekeeping Supervisor.
Successful candidate will be responsible in delivering clean Rooms and bathrooms according to the highest standards of the Hampton Inn & Suites. by Hilton
Applicant must be flexible in hours and must have experience in cleaning rooms and public areas of the hotel . Must be flexible in hours including holidays and weekends and must be reliable with their own transportation
Responsibilities
As a Room Attendant, you are responsible
· Cleaning guest bedrooms and bathrooms according to our highest brand standards.
· Vacuum rooms and corridors and clean all public areas of the Hotel
· Change and replenish bed linen, towels and guest amenities in line with our brands guidelines
Wipe all surfaces. Dust, polish and remove marks from walls and furnishings.
Clean and buff all glass and mirror surfaces.
Vacuum carpets and clean all tile floors.
Performs all assigned duties and tasks in a timely and efficient manner in accordance with established Hotel policies and procedures.
· Undertake regular deep cleaning tasks
· Restock and maintain a clean housekeeping cart on daily basis
· Report any missing or damaged items to the Housekeeping Supervisor
· Ensure that all equipment inside and around Guest rooms as well as in work areas and used when performing housekeeping responsibilities is in working condition
Ensures that all irregularities, potential and real hazards are identified and reported immediately.
Reports for duty punctually wearing complete uniform at all times.
Performs any other duties as assigned by management.
Education and Experience
A minimum of 3 year Room Attendant experience in a hotel would be an asset
Skills and Abilities
Highly organized with the ability to multitask in a fast paced environment.
An eye for detail and a personal standard of perfection
Ability to stand for long periods of time with continually having to bend and lift.
Energetic, highly motivated and willing to learn to develop new skills.
Must be able to work alone and have a flexible schedule
· Be environmentally aware
· Dispose of waste accordingly
· Manage guest requests in a timely and efficient manner
· Comply with hotel security, fire regulations and all health and safety legislation
· Carry out lost property procedures
· Assist other departments wherever necessary and maintain good working relationships
