Qualifications: YOU MUST HAVE:
- 5 years of relevant experience;
- general knowledge of all construction related fields (including concrete, structural steel, roofing, plumbing, HVAC, electrical and finishing);
- strong multi-tasking abilities;
- communication and people skills;
- attention to detail and paperwork organization;
- basic computer skills; and
- problem solving skills.
Position: As a Site Superintendent for our Company, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of multiple trades and general labour on project sites, including coordinating and overseeing the management of safety orientations, meetings and documentation. You must be able to work, as a team, with the Project Manager and other key company personnel to ensure the project meets (or is completed quicker than) schedule, and to assist in coordination of building turnover.
It is considered a strong asset if you possess security clearance, including PWGSC Level II (Secret).
