Hampton Inn by Hilton Midland has positions available for Night Auditors that are energetic and customer service driven individuals to provide outstanding customer service to all our guests. Upon check in and check out, as a Night Auditor, you will be the first and last person our guests will interact with. Individuals should have knowledge of the area, experience working with the public and proficient on computers. You will be required to complete online learning courses, learn and adhere to Hilton Brand Standards. Requirements - ability to use a computer, answer and transfer phone calls, assist with guest inquiries and concerns, balance end of day cash and credit cards, use of POS terminal, ability to multi-task, be a self starter, assist in all other departments, dependable and reliable, work alone with minimal supervision and as a team, stand for long periods of time, available for all days of the week including holidays. Experience working front desk is an asset but not required.
