We are seeking an enthusiastic, commercially minded, and hospitality-focused On-Trade Trainer to join our team and support a premium global beer brand program in partnership with Stella Artois.
In this field-based role, you will serve as a Perfect Serve Ambassador, delivering training, coaching, and in-venue support across a portfolio of hospitality accounts. Your mission will be to help venues consistently deliver the Stella Artois Perfect Serve experience while improving service standards, guest satisfaction, and commercial performance.

Key Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging training sessions within bars, pubs, restaurants, and hotels
* Embed Stella Artois Perfect Serve standards across On-Trade venues
* Build and maintain strong relationships with venue managers, owners, and hospitality teams
* Support sales-driving initiatives, promotions, and activations
* Conduct draught quality audits and service evaluations
* Coach teams to improve execution, service standards, and sales performance
* Identify opportunities to increase visibility and commercial success within accounts
* Conduct regular account visits and performance reviews
* Complete reporting and track key performance metrics
* Represent the Stella Artois brand professionally across all On-Trade environments
What We're Looking For
-Required Experience
*Previous experience working within the beer, brewery, beverage alcohol, hospitality, or on-premise sales industry
*Experience working in bars, restaurants, pubs, hotels, or other hospitality venues
*Sales experience, preferably within beer, beverage alcohol, hospitality, food service, or consumer goods industries
*Strong understanding of hospitality operations and customer service standards
*Experience building relationships and influencing venue owners, managers, and hospitality teams
*Ability to work independently while managing a territory and account portfolio
*Knowledge of draught beer systems, beer quality standards, and cellar operations

Contract Duration
This is a full-time, fixed-term position running from August 2026 through December 2027. Candidates should be available to commit to the full duration of the program.
Successful candidates will participate in a comprehensive onboarding and training programme prior to commencing field activity. This programme will include in-person training sessions and international travel to ensure all trainers are fully equipped to deliver the Stella Artois Perfect Serve standards and programme objectives.
Pay: $50,400.00 per year
