- Valid First Aid certificate, or be willing to obtain within 6 months
- Clear criminal record check including vulnerable sector search
- Clear child intervention check

As an Early Learning Professional, responsibilities will include:

- Creating and implementing emergent curriculum and open-ended programming plans
- Building respectful relationships with children, families, team members, and program coaches
- Working both independently and as part of a collaborative team

- Completing regular observations and entering children’s daily information into ChildFriendly (app) with a classroom iPad provided for at work duties.
- Maintaining the program’s philosophy, policies, and ministry regulations
- Participating in monthly program planning and staff meetings
- Engaging in ongoing professional development each year
