Your Responsibilities
- Engage with local homeowners to discuss more cost-efficient home comfort solutions for their homes
- Educate prospective customers on the benefits of heat pumps, including lower energy costs and year-round comfort
- Schedule qualified homeowners in for appointments that are free, no-obligation heat pump consultations
- Accurately document customer interactions using company systems and tools
Qualifications
- Fluent in English
- Able to commute to Halifax
- Reliable, professional, and dependable
- Positive, coachable, and eager to learn
- Strong communication skills and comfortable speaking with people
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related role is an asset
