Your days will include:
- Sorting and managing the AP inbox
- Supporting work for Accounts Payable - Scanning and online filing
- Corresponding to internal, external emails and vendor inquiries on behalf of the AP department
- Working with vendor invoices to push PDF documents into an online database
- Other duties as assigned
To succeed in this role, you must possess:
- High School Diploma
- Ability to work in a team setting
- Strong attention to detail
- Good computer skills
- Ability to prioritize workload
- Good communication skills
- Punctual
- Knowledge of MS Office
- Experience in a database systems or accounting is considered an asset
