Position Overview
We are seeking a Registered Therapist (Clinical MSW or Registered Psychologist) who specializes in working with children and youth. This role begins as a contractor position, with the clear potential to grow into a full-time contractor role within our team. For the right, motivated candidate, there may even be an opportunity for future partnership.
This is not a role for provisional or student clinicians. We are looking for someone who can hit the ground running with the clinical experience, confidence, and independence required to work effectively in a fast-paced group practice.
We are seeking clinicians who are committed to primarily building their practice with us at Level Up Wellness Group. As this is a contractor role, clinicians maintain professional independence. However, this opportunity is not structured for someone seeking a part-time side project. It is best suited for those wishing to meaningfully invest in growing their practice with Level Up.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide therapy and assessment services to children, youth, and their families.
- Work some evenings or weekends (mandatory, given patient scheduling needs).
- Deliver evidence-based treatment for a range of concerns, with a strong emphasis on:
- OCD
- ADHD
- Anxiety
- Neurodivergent support
- Other child/youth-focused mental health needs.
- Collaborate with a multi-professional team to ensure comprehensive and integrative care.
- Contribute to the growth of the clinic, both clinically and culturally.
- Participate in engagement and development opportunities within our growth & engagement framework.
Requirements
- Fully registered CLINICAL MSW or Registered Psychologist in good standing (not open to provisional registrations).
- Ability to hit the ground running with children, youth, and families.
- Demonstrated training and experience in treating OCD, ADHD, anxiety, and other child-specific conditions.
- Availability to work evenings and/or weekends.
- A genuine passion for working with children and youth.
- Interest in contributing to the future vision of the practice, with potential for partnership if aligned.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $135.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 37.5 per week
