KRR is looking for a Human Resources Administrator to join our team part time!
A full-service HVAC company based in Stratford, ON; we are locally owned and operated servicing industrial, commercial and residential sectors across Southwestern Ontario for the past 25 years. We are experts in the installation and service of all types of refrigerants, furnaces, boilers and heating systems, and air conditioners. Starting with in-house engineering and design, moving through fabrication, installation, and long-term support as required; KRR meets and exceeds our customer's needs. The successful candidate should be someone who is an energetic, positive and resourceful individual that has a passion for Human Resources and wants to work as part of our dynamic, fast-paced team.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Full-cycle recruitment activities, including conducting interviews, preparing new hire paperwork, conducting orientations for new hires;
- Acts as a strategic partner in providing employee relations advice, support and guidance with respect to the HR policies, and compliance with legislation to assist all departments in achieving their operational goals;
- Assist in the development, updates and implementation of policies, forms, and job descriptions;
- Effectively communicate information internally and externally. Meet regularly with management to provide regular updates on recruitment, address performance and employee relations concerns;
- Ability to interact with all levels of the organization with professionalism;
- Other duties as required.
Job Qualifications
- Successful completion of a post-secondary education in Human Resources certification combined with HR experience.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as HR Generalist preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Good understanding/working knowledge of Canadian HR policies/procedures, benefits and employee relations
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Expected hours: 8 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
