Job Overview
We are seeking Carpet Cleaning Technicians to join our professional cleaning team. This role involves providing high-quality carpet and floor care services to our commercial clients. A Class 5 Drivers License is a requirement of the job. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, an excellent work ethic, and a passion for maintaining clean, healthy environments. Prior janitorial or custodial experience is a plus, but training will be provided for the right candidate. Responsibilities
- Operate carpet cleaning equipment and other floor care tools efficiently and safely
- Perform deep cleaning of carpets, rugs, and upholstery using environmentally friendly solutions
- Conduct buffing, polishing, and maintenance of various flooring surfaces
- Ensure all cleaning tasks meet company standards for quality and safety
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including proper handling and storage of cleaning supplies
- Follow established safety protocols and environmental guidelines during all cleaning procedures
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and provide excellent customer service
Skills
- Experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or custodial services preferred
- Knowledge of floor care techniques including buffing, stripping, sealing, and waxing
- Proficiency in carpet cleaning methods and equipment operation
- Ability to perform detailed cleaning tasks with precision and efficiency
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Good physical stamina for lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Excellent communication skills to interact professionally with clients and team members
