Olympia’s Outdoor Center serves a variety of clients from school groups to sports teams and corporate groups. We strive to provide a physical & emotionally safe environment so that participants are able to learn positive attitudes skills & social behavior. Role Summary
In this role, you're responsible for leading and guiding diverse groups, from students to adults, through engaging and enriching program activities. A key part of this is customizing programs to fit the specific needs of participants while ensuring a fun and positive experience. Your top priority is maintaining a safe and secure environment for everyone involved by following safety protocols, conducting risk assessments, and addressing any concerns immediately. Additionally, you'll perform general on-site duties that are essential for the smooth operation of the facility, such as maintenance, setting up equipment, and administrative tasks.

- Engage directly with clients, different departments and staff to ensure a high-quality experience.
Qualifications
Required:
- Standard First Aid with CPR-C
- Clean Police Record Check with Vulnerable Sector
- Strong Communication Skills
- Experience with Children
- Ability to work in a team
- Ability to work long hours
Preferred:
- National Lifeguard
- Bronze Cross
- Pleasure Craft Operator Card
- Experience with ropes and challenge course
