We are looking for a friendly, detail-oriented Optical Dispenser who is passionate about helping people look and see their best. At Eyes 360, you'll play a key role in guiding patients through the eyewear selection process, providing expert recommendations, and delivering an exceptional patient experience from start to finish. Responsibilities:
- Assist patients with frame selection, lens recommendations, fittings, adjustments, and repairs
- Provide exceptional customer service and personalized eyewear solutions
- Process and track lab orders, verify prescriptions, and dispense completed eyewear
- Maintain inventory, merchandising, and dispensary organization
- Support contact lens services, insurance billing, and general clinic operations
Skills:
- Strong multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Great interpersonal and communication skills.
Education:
Experience:
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience; optical industry experience considered an asset.
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Some evenings, no weekends
Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
