We are seeking an exceptional Client Care & Growth Coordinator to join our growing veterinary team. This is not your typical reception position. We are looking for someone who can create outstanding client experiences, strengthen client loyalty, increase compliance with recommended care, and help grow our hospitals through exceptional communication and service.
The right candidate is confident, organized, compassionate, and understands that every phone call, email, and client interaction is an opportunity to help a pet receive the care it needs.
What You'll DoClient Experience
- Deliver exceptional customer service in person, by phone, email, and text
- Create memorable client experiences from check-in through discharge
- Build strong relationships with clients and their pets
- Resolve concerns professionally and confidently
- Ensure every client feels valued and heard
Sales & Growth
- Convert incoming inquiries into booked appointments
- Educate clients on recommended veterinary services
- Promote wellness plans, diagnostics, surgery consultations, dentals, and preventive care
- Support client compliance through follow-up calls and reminders
- Promote online pharmacy and hospital programs
- Identify opportunities to improve client retention and hospital growth
Scheduling & Communication
- Manage a busy appointment schedule efficiently
- Coordinate follow-up appointments and ongoing care
- Complete client outreach calls
- Ensure patients do not fall through the cracks
- Assist with recalls, reminders, and reactivation campaigns
Administrative Support
- Process invoices and payments accurately
- Maintain accurate medical records
- Support daily workflow and hospital operations
- Assist the veterinary team as needed
