We are seeking an experienced Service & Sales Coordinator to join an established transportation company based in Coquitlam. This is a full-time & permanent opportunity.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in a sales coordination role within transportation, logistics, or HVAC industry
- Proven experience working with CRM systems (any platform) and maintaining accurate customer data
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) with strong data entry capabilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple orders and timelines simultaneously
- Self-motivated, proactive “go-getter” personality with high attention to detail
- Comfortable occasionally working outdoors to verify equipment serial numbers
- References and a background screening will be conducted for candidates moving forward in consideration
Role Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the sales process & updating them on order status, delivery dates & any changes
- Coordinate and communicate with internal departments including Sales, Service, and Inventory teams
- Work closely with the Service Department to ensure delivery deadlines are met for service parts expected
- Prepare quotes & track orders for Sales Representatives
- Maintain and update CRM database with accurate client and sales information
- Create and process work orders, including invoicing upon job completion
- Assist Sales Manager with administrative duties and reporting
- Support equipment inventory management, including periodic counts and verification processes
- Collaborate with management on inventory tracking and receiving procedures
- Reporting to the Sales Manager
