The Graves Supervisor, under the direction of the Executive Director, is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the overnight shift. They will supervise the provision of shelter for street-involved individuals as directed by, but not limited to, applicable funding agreements. They will maintain community partnership with colleagues, funders, and stakeholders. The Graves Shift Supervisor will manage and mentor employees and volunteers for the Wapiti House and will be a key individual coordinating support for clients and residents.
- 12:00am (Midnight) to 8:00am, 5 days/week as scheduled, full time, permanent.
- Expectation to stay on-site during paid lunch break.
- Satisfactory criminal record inquiry is required.
- Email/Data Entry are required.
- Supervisory experience is an asset.
- Requires ability to lift 10 pounds, walk and stand for moderate periods.
- Weekend on-call shifts.
- Individuals with diverse experience and education will be considered.
Compensation: Starting $22.00/hr, limited available overtime, extended health benefits (co-pay). Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
