IT Risk Analyst, Auditing
On behalf of our client, Procom is currently seeking an IT Risk Analyst, Auditing.
To select an independent third party to conduct and provide Interior Health with a written risk assessment focusing on the current state and performance of client's Information Management Information Technology department.
IT Risk Analyst, Auditing Job Duties:
The proponent will assess performance, identify risks, recommended mitigations, and document these findings in a final Risk Assessment Report which at a minimum addresses the following key areas:
Strategic alignment, cybersecurity, technology lifecycle management (obsolescence), people and skills, project delivery, business continuity and disaster recovery, service management and incident response, and vendor management.
In addition to the healthcare IMIT expertise the proponent brings, the following have been identified and should be considered in this assessment:
Readiness for managing cloud-based service providers
Reliability and adequacy of Provincial Health Services Authority (PHSA) provided/managed IMIT services
IMIT services provided to other Health Authorities and external organizations
Benefits realization from project investments
Service management to support citizen/patient digital applications/tools
Service management and operational integration with NTT Data
Access controls and identity management
Emerging risks associated with fully digital workflows and electronic health records
Alignment with technology trends and vendor roadmaps
IT Risk Analyst, Auditing Mandatory Skills:
A final written Risk Assessment Report, identifying and evaluating risks and vulnerabilities with potential exposures to IHA. This report should:
Identify risks and their potential or probability;
Prioritize risks based on threat level and impact;
Recommend risk responses, such as avoidance or mitigation, including cost and time estimates for implementing such recommendations; and
Include an executive summary and briefing with IHA senior executive, IMIT management, and internal audit, as audiences.
