Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented House Cleaner to join our team. This role involves providing exceptional residential cleaning services to our valued clients, ensuring their homes are spotless and comfortable. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction. Previous experience in cleaning or hospitality is a plus, but we welcome motivated individuals eager to learn. Fluency in English is required; knowledge of French is a bonus. Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas
- Use cleaning supplies and equipment efficiently to achieve high-quality results
- Manage laundry tasks such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothes and linens
- Prepare light meals or snacks if required, demonstrating basic cooking skills
- Organize and maintain cleaning supplies and equipment for optimal use
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific needs and preferences
- Ensure timely completion of cleaning appointments while adhering to scheduled timeframes
- Provide excellent customer service by being courteous, respectful, and attentive to client requests
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, following safety protocols at all times
Qualifications
- Proven experience in residential cleaning or hospitality services is preferred but not mandatory
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time efficiently
- Excellent communication skills in English; French language skills are advantageous
- Ability to perform cleaning tasks thoroughly and efficiently within designated timeframes
- Basic cooking skills for preparing simple meals or snacks as needed
- Knowledge of laundry procedures and household organization techniques
- Reliable transportation and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Demonstrated customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Ability to follow instructions carefully and maintain high standards of cleanliness
