Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to financial advisors and wealth management professionals
- Engage in professional conversations to understand growth goals and challenges
- Qualify potential opportunities and schedule meetings for the Wealth Navigator team
- Maintain accurate records of outreach activity and prospect interactions
- Consistently meet daily and weekly activity targets
- Utilize provided training while developing your communication style
- Handle objections professionally and confidently
- Represent Wealth Navigator with professionalism and integrity in all prospect interactions
Experience
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or business development is considered an asset
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals effectively
- Comfortable speaking with professionals over the phone
- Ability to work independently and stay organized in a remote environment
- Proficient with basic computer applications
- Experience using CRM software is an asset but not required
Training will be provided to motivated candidates with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn.
