We are seeking a dedicated Examination Facilitator and Examination Operations Facilitator to join our team in Ottawa. These roles are vital in ensuring the smooth administration of our high-stakes exams for dental assisting professionals at our location in Ottawa.

As part of this exciting expansion, we are hiring for two (2) key onsite roles that will play a critical part in shaping the future of candidate experience, examination delivery, and operational excellence.

- Examination Facilitator – Ottawa – Salary Range: $60,000-$73,000
- Examination Operations Facilitator – Ottawa – Salary Range: $70,000-$81,000
All roles are 100% onsite in Ottawa and require individuals who are adaptable, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining the highest standards in a regulated environment.
These roles are an important part of NDAEB’s renewed commitment to excellence in examinations, ideal for dental assisting professionals who can elevate how candidates engage with and experience a national certification body.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in delivery of high stakes examinations and evaluations.
- Level II Dental Assisting diploma/certificate and holds the NDAEB Certificate.
- HARP Certified if in Ontario.
- Current CPR certification.
- Holds an active (and in good standing) provincial dental assisting license/registration/certification.
- Minimum five (5) years of relevant experience in clinical dental assisting, examination coordination and support, clinical evaluation, DA education or related assessment environments.
- Teaching certificate or experience supporting training or education programs an asset.
- Additional experience in the dental profession an asset (e.g. education, certification/regulation).
- Bilingual proficiency (English/French)
