As a Multi-task Station Agent your duties may include:
Responsible for the handling and assistance of passengers and aircraft.
Provide customer care and sales-information to customers.
Issuing of PEVs.
Calculating and issuing tickets.
Process refunds, TODs, replacement documents and excess luggage cashiering.
Carry out check-in procedures in accordance with the appropiate guidelines.
File passenger irregularity reports.
Issue loading instructions in accordance with relevant weight and balance limits as well as the compilation of flight preparation documents.
Carry out post flight duties incl. preparation of mandatory documentation.
Ensure smooth operation of all providers concerning mail, cargo, luggage, fuelling, cleaning, catering and concerning other services.
Focus on generating and increasing ancillary revenues in all areas.

The ideal Multi-Task Station Agent must fulfill the following requirements:
Intermediate school qualification.
Completed vocational training in the commercial field or service industry.
Knowledge of Altéa CM check-in system would be an advantage.
Diligent and systematic approach to work and ability to work on own initiative.
Excellent customer service.
Salesmanship and negotiation skills, confident manner.
Suitability for shift work and ability to work under pressure.
Ability to deal with conflict.
Psychological aptitude test.
No permanently assigned workstation.
Weather factors and noise pollution.
Lifting up to 23kg.
