Per Se is now looking for a SOUS CHEF to join our team, we're looking for someone with a positive & energetic attitude that is willing to grow with the company, someone with a strong
passion for food and attention to details.
Execute daily services
Minimum 5 years of experience as SOUS CHEF/ JUNIOR SOUS CHEF/ CDP
Able to understand English Speaking/Writing
Able to work weekends, mostly night shifts
Flexible in their schedules
Has previous experience in fine dining, high volume restaurants & Hotels
Has strong knowledge of fine dining techniques, European, Spanish, Italian Cusine.
RED SEAL is an asset
Able to work under pressure

Salary: $16.00 to $25.00 /hour
