A rare opportunity to join their team has come available as a Vice President of Finance. The position is located in Camebridge and will be in office all 5 days of the week.
SALARY: Up to 180K + Bonus + 4 weeks vacation + benefits + RRSP match program + gas + car allowance
ROLE: The VP, Finance will be the senior leader responsible for oversight on the entire accounting & finance function within the company within multiple business units including financial strategy, commercial governance, and overall profitability. Reporting to the Owner and CFO, this role serves as a key strategic partner and oversees financial reporting, planning, cash flow management, inventory management, strategies, and control. The position also supports pricing strategy, incentive and residual value management, and full lifecycle profitability. It requires strong multi-location retailer experience, and the ability to influence decisions across functions including Sales, Marketing, Product, After-Sales, and related areas.
Responsibilities:
- Act as a finance business partner across the company's multiple businesses
- Execute companies financial strategy including financial reporting, cash flow management, inventory&profitability analysis strategic decisions, budgeting, and forecasting
- Lead financial modeling and build-out of corporate plans
- Overseeing the consolidating full P&Ls, including G&A oversight and cross-divisional performance integration
- Guide business decisions through structured financial framing, KPI alignment, and disciplined performance tracking
- Develop and monitor enterprise KPIs that drive strategic accountability across departments.
Qualifications:
(1) 9+ years of progressive accounting & finance experience including reporting, FP&A, strategic finance, inventory and pricing
(2) 5+ years of retail industry(prefarably luxury) experience with multi-location company
(3) 5+ years of management experience asset if in the automotive space
(4) CPA is a must
(5) Strong Retail experience
(6) Overseeing the entire P&L across all business units
(7) Strong communicator with an analytical mindset
