The Position: We’re looking for a Kinesiologist who is energetic, positive and ready to be a life leader . The pay range we’re offering is $33 per hour with increased pay opportunity with every 6 month review. Top Kinesiologists can expect to earn up to $85,000 within their first 5 years at VF with continued growth after that.
Trainers typically receive a minimum $2 raise per year allowing for massive growth opportunity within the company. We also raise employee wages with any overall price increase needed. This allows for continued financial growth to go along with the continued push for educational and experience growth as a kinesiologist.

Requirements:
- Candidate must lead by example and have a passion for health and fitness.
- Energetic and motivational individual.
- Passion to help individuals towards their goals.
- Be ready to learn and grow as a kinesiologist, learning from peers as well as passing on your own education and experience.
- Excellent people skills and communication.
- High level of education (Must have University Degree) towards fitness and health.
- Good background of personal training experience.
- Previous personal background in sports and fitness.
- Highly motivated leader.
The Location: Vaughan's Fitness Inc. is based in south Langley British Columbia. This is a great place to work at because of the beautiful location and facility, easy access to Langley, Abby and White Rock/South Surrey, and the surrounding Campbell Valley Park.
