We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Bakery Manager to oversee the daily operations of our bakery. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food preparation and a strong background in restaurant management. As a Bakery Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of bakers and staff, ensuring high-quality products, and maintaining excellent customer service standards.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage the bakery team, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient operations.
- Oversee food preparation processes to guarantee quality and consistency in all baked goods.
- Develop and implement new recipes and menu items to enhance customer offerings.
- Maintain inventory levels, order supplies, and manage stock to minimize waste.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the kitchen environment.
- Train new staff members on bakery procedures, equipment usage, and customer service standards.
- Manage the Point of Sale (POS) system for accurate transactions and reporting.
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate events, promotions, or special orders.

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
