To analyze all current Mammoet Americas manuals, Canadian COR, ISO 45001 and legislative requirements to determine the minimum standards to be followed throughout Mammoet Americas for all current works copes with the goal of creating one manual that captures; Purpose, Definitions, Scope, Responsibilities/ Expectations/ Accountability, Implementation/ Training/ Instruction, Communication, Process, Validation, Assessment.

RESPONSIBILTIES (including, but not limited to)

Review current manuals, COR and ISO 45001 requirements to determine which Elements and Sub-Sections will be used to create the new Mammoet Americas Manual format.
Once Elements and Sub-Sections are determined, review all Mammoet Manuals, Canadian COR, ISO 45001 and legislative requirements to complete a gap analysis (What do we currently have, What must we have, What is the Gap). Elements must include: Purpose, Definitions, Scope, Responsibilities/ Expectations/ Accountability, Implementation/ Training/ Instruction, Communication, Process to include minimum requirements for all regions with regional specific exceptions, Validation, Assessment.
Finally, use the gap analysis to create one manual for Mammoet Americas that captures all minimum requirements in regards to regulations on Health and Safety.
