We specialize in blonding and colour: balayage, babylights, highlights, and colour correction, for a loyal, high-end clientele. We are a close, supportive team, and we are growing.
The Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced Senior, Advanced Senior, or Master Stylist to join us long-term. You will step into an established base of high-spending, loyal clients — we keep our team busy, so you are not starting from zero — with strong, consistent tips and a brand that already has the reputation behind it. We handle all of the marketing, content, photography, and front-of-house, so you can focus entirely on your craft behind the chair.
This is a long-term, team-based role — ideal for a stylist wanting to put down roots, not a stepping stone. We are not looking for someone building a client base to move on. If that is your goal, this is not the right fit. If you want a genuine long-term home with a high-end, award-winning team, we would love to meet you.

Who You Are
- A certified, experienced stylist (Ontario hairstyling certification; 5+ years as a qualified stylist)
- Strong in colour, especially blonding — balayage, babylights, highlights, and colour correction
- Proud of your craft, your consistency, and your client relationships
- A team player looking for a long-term home within an established brand
