Packaging & Shipping Associate (Cannabis Production)
Location: 70 Mile House, BC
Pay: $18.50–$22.00 per hour (based on experience)
Job Type: Full-time / Part-time / Permanent
Expected Hours: Up to 40 hours per week

We are currently seeking reliable, motivated, and detail-oriented Packaging & Shipping Associates to join our growing production team.
No cannabis experience is required—we provide comprehensive training. We are looking for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced production environment, take pride in accuracy, and are committed to producing exceptional work.
Key Responsibilities
- Package dried cannabis flower, pre-rolls, and other cannabis products in accordance with Health Canada regulations and company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Assemble, label, and prepare cannabis products for retail, wholesale, direct delivery, and export distribution.
- Verify product labels, lot numbers, barcodes, GTINs, and packaging specifications for accuracy.
- Apply excise stamps and ensure products are packaged to regulatory and company quality standards.
- Perform quality control inspections before products are released for sale or shipment.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
- Receive, organize, and maintain packaging materials, supplies, and inventory.
- Assist with inventory counts, warehouse organization, and shipping documentation.
- Complete production, packaging, inventory, and compliance records accurately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment in accordance with Good Production Practices (GPP), Health Canada regulations, and company SOPs.
- Follow all workplace safety procedures, security requirements, sanitation protocols, and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) requirements.
- Safely lift up to 20 kg and perform repetitive tasks while standing for extended periods.
- Assist other production departments as operational requirements dictate.
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to follow written procedures and detailed instructions.
- Comfortable performing repetitive work while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
- Previous experience in packaging, warehousing, shipping, manufacturing, food production, or other regulated industries is considered an asset but is not required.
- Forklift experience is considered an asset but is not required.
