The IT Project Manager will work closely with business stakeholders, software vendors, and internal teams to support the planning, design, implementation, and continuous improvement of technology solutions across the organization. The IT Project Manager brings strong technical knowledge, project leadership capabilities, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills to ensure technology initiatives are delivered effectively and aligned with business objectives.
Job Duties
- Analyze business and operational requirements and translate them into technology and software solution designs.
- Lead the planning, design, implementation, integration, and optimization of enterprise software applications and business systems.
- Develop and maintain system documentation, implementation plans, and project documentation.
- Evaluate existing software systems and recommend enhancements, upgrades, integrations, or new technologies.
- Coordinate the integration of software and business processes across multiple platforms and departments.
- Collaborate with software vendors, implementation partners, and internal stakeholders to design and deploy technology solutions.
- Oversee software testing, validation, deployment, user acceptance, and post-implementation support.
- Monitor system performance and recommend improvements to enhance reliability, security, and efficiency.
- Lead technology modernization and continuous improvement initiatives related to enterprise applications and business systems.
- Research, troubleshoot, and resolve technology and business system issues as they arise.

Requirements
- Minimum five years’ experience delivering technology, business systems, or operation improvement projects.
- Experience coordinating projects involving multiple stakeholders and external vendors.
- Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills.
- Experience with project management, service delivery, process improvement, or technology implementation initiatives
- Experience within the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry is required.
- Familiarity with IT service management, business systems, or technology operations is considered an asset.
- PMP, PRINCE2, ITIL, or similar certifications are considered assets.
