We are looking for an extremely bright, motivated individual to join our team as a Proposal Writer.

The kind of work you'll be doing:
Managing the full lifecycle of large, revenue-oriented projects/proposals
Reviewing tendering and funding opportunities to identify and assess potential opportunities
Providing analysis and recommendations regarding strategic value and business alignment of procurement opportunities in relation to our products/business
Writing and formatting compelling proposals (RFPs, RFIs, RFSQs, grants, business cases, etc.)
Creating presentations that are succinct and poignant
Collaborating with multiple teams within the company to get the information needed to respond to complex business, technology, and clinical requirements
Editing, proofreading and assisting other departments with their writing needs
Improving our internal proposal process and tools (such as gathering, organizing, categorizing information)
Producing other forms of written material (such as a library of standard responses, business letters, newsletter articles, etc.)

Ideal Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution, Master's degree is seen as an asset
You take pride in your writing and responsibility for everything you produce
Exceptionally strong writing skills in terms of quality and speed
Knowledge and experience in health care, technology, and/or innovative sectors
Comfortable working on new, uncertain and abstract projects where the requirements are sometimes unclear
Creative and critical thinker who can quickly research, understand and communicate new concepts
Experience writing RFP's, government grant applications, and business proposals
Ability to balance multiple projects at once, take on new tasks with short notice, and be mindful of project deadlines
Enjoy working with a collaborative, fast-paced team
