Join our team as a Veterinary Office Professional!
Our locally owned clinic group is set to open its next locations in October/November in the vibrant communities of Marda Loop (adjacent to Mount Royal / South Calgary) and University District (North West Calgary).
We are seeking Full Time veterinary experienced individuals for roles such as Veterinary Office Assistant, Technical Assistant, or Veterinary Medical Receptionist. Our daily goal is to empower and engage our teams, with practice culture being our top priority.
In the client care shift, you’ll handle administrative duties, manage appointment flow, and maintain high standards of clinic cleanliness, all while addressing client needs. During patient care shifts, you’ll assist Veterinarians and Registered Veterinary Technologists in exams, diagnostics, treatments, and surgeries, while ensuring the clinic environment remains clean and well stocked. Effective team communication and collaboration are crucial in both roles.

Minimum Requirements:
- Availability for day shifts, plus Saturdays on a rotational basis;
- Minimum 2 years experience in a veterinary clinic;
- The ability to lift 35+ pounds without assistance;
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
